High error rates for latency based routing

Customers using our latency based routing endpoint (api.scanii.com) began experiencing high error rates under certain conditions.

This is caused by the progressive rollout of a new region that ended up participating in the latency based routing pool prematurely.

The incident lasted from UTC 2024-12-10 4:30AM until 2024-12-10 1PM
