Error fetching content from S3

We retroactively identified an unusual rate of errors processing content stored in S3 causing processing to fail with "Bad Request" errors.
Currently we theorize this issue was related to other problems AWS was experiencing in US-EAST-1 during the same time window (7-8:30PM EST). We have reached out to AWS support to confirm and we'll update this incident with what we hear back from them.
